FAILURE OF NONRESIDENT TO REPORT ACCIDENT (§ 46.2-432)

The failure of a nonresident to report an accident as required in this title
shall constitute sufficient ground for suspension or revocation of his
privileges of driving a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth and of driving within
the Commonwealth of any motor vehicle owned by him.
