REIMBURSEMENT OF CARRIER AND PRORATION OF INSURANCE (§ 46.2-480)

Any policy may provide:

1. That the insured, or any other person covered by the policy, shall reimburse
the insurance carrier for payments made on account of any accident, claim, or
suit involving a breach of the terms, provisions, or conditions of the policy;
or

2. For proration of the insurance with other applicable valid and collectible
insurance.
