ELIGIBILITY OF PERSONS SENTENCED FOR COMBINATIONS OF FELONY AND MISDEMEANOR
OFFENSES (§ 53.1-152)

Every person who is convicted of a felony and also convicted of a misdemeanor
and sentenced and committed for the same under the laws of this Commonwealth or
of its political subdivisions shall be eligible for parole on the combination of
said sentences in the same manner as provided in § 53.1-151.
