EPINEPHRINE REQUIRED IN CERTAIN PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION (§ 54.1-3408.5)

Every place of public accommodation, as defined in subsection A of § 2.2-3904,
may make epinephrine available for administration. Pursuant to an order or
standing protocol issued by the prescriber within the course of his professional
practice and in accordance with policies and guidelines established by the
Department of Health, any employee of a place of public accommodation, as
defined in subsection A of § 2.2-3904, who is authorized by a prescriber and
trained in the administration of epinephrine may possess and administer
epinephrine to a person present in the place of public accommodation believed in
good faith to be having an anaphylactic reaction.
