AUDITS (§ 6.2-1198)

The Commission may require a savings institution doing business in the
Commonwealth to have an audit made of its books, records and methods of
operation, whenever it appears to the Commission that the system of internal
controls is not adequate or that the savings institution is engaging in
dangerously unsound practices or that the financial condition of the institution
makes it necessary.
