(REPEALED EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026) APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; FINANCIAL STATEMENTS;
APPLICATION FEE. (§ 6.2-1903)

A. Applications for a license shall be made on forms furnished by the
Commissioner and shall set forth the name and address of the applicant, which
shall be an entity, a description of the manner in which and the locations at
which it proposes to do business, and such additional relevant information as
the Commissioner requires. If any material information provided by the applicant
changes during the investigation period, the applicant shall immediately notify
the Commissioner.

B. The application shall be accompanied by such audited financial statements as
the Commissioner may require and an application fee of $1,000. If an application
for a license under this chapter is denied, the application fee shall not be
refunded. The fee shall not be abated by the expiration, surrender, or
revocation of the license.
