INSPECTION OF RECORDS, REPORTS, AND INFORMATION OF INSURED BANKS (§ 6.2-812)

A. As used in this section, &#8220;insured bank&#8221; has the meaning assigned
to it in &#xA7; 12-B of the Federal Reserve Act (12 U.S.C. &#xA7; 1813 (h)), as
amended.

B. All records, reports, reports of examinations, and information relating to
insured banks shall be open to the inspection of, and made available to, the
officers and duly accredited agents of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
so long as like records, reports, and information in the possession or under the
control of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are, by federal statute,
made available and subject to inspection by the Commission.
