RIGHTS OF NATIONAL BANK STOCKHOLDERS DISSENTING FROM CONVERSION (§ 6.2-827)

The rights of stockholders of a national banking association who dissent from
the approval by the stockholders of the conversion of the national banking
corporation into a state bank shall be governed by the provisions of 12 U.S.C.
§ 214a (b), as now existing or as hereafter amended.
