REPORT TO COMMISSION OF ELECTION OF DIRECTOR (§ 6.2-864)

Within 60 days following the election or reelection of any person as a director
of a bank, the bank shall furnish to the Commission such information as the
Commission shall from time to time prescribe regarding the director&#8217;s
personal character, integrity, financial condition, and personal and business
background. The report shall be signed under oath by the director and a
designated officer of the bank. Any person knowingly making a false statement in
such a report is guilty of perjury and punishable as provided in § 18.2-434.
