INJUNCTION AND DAMAGES (§ 62.1-192)

Any owner of any such fastland or beach, bluff, or bed of stream, between high-
and low-watermark on which any such deposit exists or from which it extends
towards the middle line of the water, as aforesaid, may, by appropriate
proceedings brought by such owner, have an injunction against any person or
corporation removing and carrying away or attempting to remove and carry away
any such deposit or extension thereof without authority of the Commonwealth; and
may, in such proceeding, or by separate action, recover against such violation
of this chapter damages in treble the value of the material removed.
