ADMISSIBILITY OF JUDICIAL RECORD DETERMINING SLAYER (§ 64.2-2510)

The record of the judicial proceeding in which a person is determined to be a
slayer shall be admissible in evidence for or against a claimant of property in
any civil action arising under this chapter. A conviction shall be conclusive
evidence of the guilt of the slayer.
