EFFECT OF JUDGMENT AGAINST RECEIVER (§ 8.01-598)

A judgment against a receiver under § 8.01-597 shall not be a lien on the
property or funds under the control of the court, nor shall any execution issue
thereon, but upon filing a certified copy of such judgment in the cause in which
the receiver was appointed, the court shall direct payment of such judgment in
the same manner as if the claim upon which the judgment is based had been proved
and allowed in such cause.
