§ 2.2-2201 Short title; definitions

A. This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority Act.”

B. As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning: “Authority” means the Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority. “Board” means the board of directors of the Authority. “Project” means the construction, improvement, furnishing, maintenance, acquisition or operation of any facility or the provision for or funding of any activity that will further the purposes described in § 2.2-2202.

This law was first created in 1995.
