§ 22.1-166.2 Grants to local school boards
The Authority is authorized to make grants of money, from any of the funds of the Authority available for such purpose, to local school boards for the purchase of capital projects for school purposes.
History
This law was first created in 1990. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 909 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. Unfortunately, the 1990 “Acts” aren’t available online.
