§ 4.1-321 Delivery of alcoholic beverages to prisoners in jail prohibited; penalty
No person shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to any prisoner in any local correctional facility, any alcoholic beverage. Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
