§ 54.1-704.2 License required for schools of barbering, cosmetology, nail care, waxing, tattooing, body-piercing, ear-piercing, or esthetics
Except as provided in § 54.1-701, no person, firm, or corporation shall operate or attempt to operate a school of barbering, cosmetology, nail care, waxing, tattooing, body-piercing, ear-piercing, or esthetics unless licensed by the Board pursuant to its regulations.
