§ 54.1-2501 Department established
The Department of Health Professions established within the executive branch, shall be under the supervision and management of the Director of the Department.

This law was first created in 1977. Unfortunately, the 1977 “Acts” aren’t available online. It has been modified 3 times. Those modifications are cataloged by “The Acts of Assembly,” a state publication, by year and chapter.
