§ 59.1-21.16 Authority of Attorney General under § 59.1-68.2 not limited
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting the authority of the Attorney General under the provisions of § 59.1-68.2.
History
This law was first created in 1973. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 423 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. Unfortunately, the 1973 “Acts” aren’t available online.
