§ 8.4A-107 Federal Reserve regulations and operating circulars

Regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and operating circulars of the Federal Reserve Banks supersede any inconsistent provision of this title to the extent of the inconsistency.

History

This law was first created in 1990. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 9 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. Unfortunately, the 1990 “Acts” aren’t available online.

1990, c. 9.
