§ 10.1-1197.4 Annual audit

The Auditor of Public Accounts shall annually audit the accounts of the Fund when the records of the Department are audited.

History

This law was first created in 1997. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapters 624 and 850 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year.
