§ 56-265.13 Chapter not applicable to certain hotel corporations
No provision of this chapter shall apply to a corporation the principal business of which is the operation of a hotel and which may extend the use of its surplus water and sewerage facilities to a limited number of patrons.
History
This law was first created in 1954. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 669 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. Unfortunately, the 1954 “Acts” aren’t available online.
