§ 21-121.2 Additional validation of proceedings

All proceedings heretofore taken in the creation of sanitary districts of whatsoever kind in the Commonwealth of Virginia, whether under general law or special act, are hereby validated, ratified, approved and confirmed, and all such districts so created or attempted to be created thereunder are hereby declared to have been validly created and established, notwithstanding any defects or irregularities in the creation thereof.

History

This law was first created in 1960. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 562 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. Unfortunately, the 1960 “Acts” aren’t available online. It has been modified 2 times. Those modifications are cataloged by “The Acts of Assembly,” a state publication, by year and chapter. Those modifications that can be read on the General Assembly’s website will be linked accordingly. Those modifications are as follows: in 1962, chapter 26; in 1964, chapter 243.

1960, c. 562; 1962, c. 26; 1964, c. 243.
