§ 3.2-2107 Question to be printed on ballots

The question to be printed on the ballots used in any referendum authorized in § 3.2-2105 on the continuation of the Sheep Industry Board and assessment shall be as follows: “Do you favor the continuation of the Sheep Industry Board and the continuation of the levy of an assessment of up to $1 per head for all sheep sold within the Commonwealth? _____ Yes _____ No.”
