§ 38.2-2106 Standard form for execution of policies
Except as provided in § 38.2-2107, each policy shall contain the following clause, which shall be used in executing and attesting the policy: IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Company has executed and attested these presents Immediately following the execution clause a space shall be left for the signature of the officer or officers of the company authorized to sign the policy.
