§ 46.2-746.2:6 Special license plates; members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States organization

On receipt of an application therefor and presentation of written evidence that the applicant is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States organization, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to the applicant. Unremarried surviving spouses of persons eligible to receive special license plates under this section may also be issued special license plates under this section.
