§ 62.1-69.36 Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning: “Basin” means the Roanoke River Basin. “Roanoke River Basin” means that land area designated as the Roanoke River Basin by the Virginia State Water Control Board, pursuant to § 62.1-44.38, and the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
