§ 63.2-500 Definitions
For purposes of this subtitle, unless the context otherwise clearly requires: “Agreement” means the written individualized agreement of personal responsibility required by this chapter. “Case manager” means the worker designated by the local department, a private-sector contractor or a private community-based organization including nonprofit entities, churches, or voluntary organizations that provide case management services. “Intensive case management” means individualized services provided by a properly trained case manager.
