§ 45.2-1801 Offshore wind energy resources; policy
It is the policy of the Commonwealth to support federal efforts to examine the feasibility of offshore wind energy being utilized in an environmentally responsible fashion.
History
This law was first created in 2006. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 939 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year.
